Custom sized Child, Teen and Adult skirts

From children to adults this skirt is super cute! My niece and I wear ours to Disneyland, but polka dots are always cute! This is a circle skirt with an elastic waist band. Comfortable and fun to wear!

This listing is good for waists up to 45 inches and lengths up to 18 inches. Please note your waist size in inches and your length desired in inches.

Are the skirts measured in inches? Yes.

Is the length the elastic or just the fabric? The length is the fabric not including the elastic.

Is the waist band stretchy? Yes, it is elastic and stretchy.

Where does the skirt hang from? It can hang at your hips or waist, I make it to whatever measurements you give me.

What is the skirt length of the girl in the photo? 16 inches, but I am short!

How do I measure myself if I don't have a measuring tape? Get a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler.
